Smart child

Everyday I get more into SEC football. I don't know if I'll ever get to this kid's level of commitment to his team (not sure who his team is though).

Oh God No

Two of the worst artists of all time have made a song together, let the Armageddon count down begin. 50 Cent and Soulja Boy have teamed up on a diss track against...anyone. I don't think it goes at anyone in particular so it appears to be a generic "I'm better than you" track. According to a tweet from 50 he believes that this track will " f**k the club up" and he referred to it as "riot music." Far be it for me to attack someone elses music critique, but 50's statements are patently false. The rapping is incredibly weak (it sounds like someone else wrote it and they are reading it for the first time) and the beat is nothing to crazy over. Take a listen below and voice your opinion in the comments.

And The Winner Is......

THE UNIVERISTY OF GEORGIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Though there were plenty of reasons to support both Georgia and South Carolina, but ultimately it came down to this:

versus this:

Are you kidding me South Carolina? The chicken (now that I'm against them it's time to start the disses) on your logo is actually kinda trill, but this is how you translate into mascot form? Dude looks like it's wearing a skirt, and those feet, chickens have talons and you give it toeless feet? Weakest sauce ever.

A few of the other reasons that Georgia won out: I don't have to do any actual research to learn about this team, all I have to do is ask Alex about them and he'll drone on for hours, it's perfect! Young Jeezy made a song referencing the Bulldogs which automatically gives them street cred, I was not able to find a similar song for South Carolina. Similar to that, a review of notable alumni revelead the following:

South Carolina: Hootie and the Blowfish (not sure if this is even a good thing)

Georgia: Kim Basinger (nuetral), Alton Brown (awesome), Brian Burton aka Danger Mouse (cool), Wayne Knight aka Newman (...awesome, I guess...), R.E.M. (better than Hootie), Ryan Seacrest (negative, probably cancels out Kim Basinger), a NASCAR driver named Buckshot Jones which is the most baller name ever (awesome)

Buckshot himself, I really pictured him as a grizzly old man, I think it would have been a lot cooler if he was.

Bottom line, Georgia wins that by a landslide. I avoided sports stars (other than Buckshot, but his star power is debatable) intentionally since they both have big sports programs, this was more about the intangibles.

In addition to the reasons above this also gives me more reasons to wear things with an English Bulldog on them since it's probably my favorite breed of dog. I can also wear Georgia clothing and when people ask if I went there I can say "nah, I'm just letting you know I'm a G"

Maybe they have UGA gear for the elderly so I can wear it and say I'm an OG.....
